In 2011, active development of ShiftSpace stopped with the exception of minor bug fixes. In the future, work on the project may begin again. Until that time, ShiftSpace.org will exist as a snapshot in the life of a set of ideas; ideas being actively investigated in other projects by both ShiftSpace developers and others on the web.
